What is it?

A leadership capability that defines five behaviors that make someone a great leader in an open organization (in this case, Red Hat).

The Red Hat Multiplier is comprised of five behaviors :

2. Be Transparent

3. Extend Trust

4. Promote Inclusive Meritocracy

5. Connect

Why use it?

To practice open leadership behaviors that create and reinforce our unique culture.

The way you act when you are living the Red Hat Values in balance (Freedom, Courage, Commitment, Accountability).

These actions create our unique culture and reinforce the climate we aspire to have. Simply put, it is how you lead the Red Hat Way. On our best days, these behaviors differentiate Red Hat and multiply our results – this is how we win.
